| In order to be a Holts Summit Firefighter you must...
|
 |
||
| 1. | Be 18 years of age or older | ||
| 2. | Have a current valid Missouri Driver's License | ||
| 3. | Have a high school diploma or GED | ||
| 4. | Successfully complete a state certified First Responder course (minimum 40 hours) or equivalent within one year of acceptance to the HSFPD | ||
| 5. | Complete the 36 hour Basic Firefighter course | ||
| 6. | Attend a minimum of 4 hours of department training each month | ||
| 7. | Maintain the Fire Service Code of Ethics and Standards... | ||
| A. | Be sincerely interested in and dedicated to the job | ||
| B. | Be loyal to the fire department and to fellow firefighters | ||
| C. | Be aggressive in the pursuit of all education and training opportunities | ||
